These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all transactions and services provided by REPO EQUIP LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") related to the repossession, resale, payment processing, and shipping of heavy equipment, classic cars, and recreational vehicles (RVs). By purchasing any item from REPO EQUIP LLC, you ("Buyer", "Customer", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to purchase any item from REPO EQUIP LLC.
All items sold by REPO EQUIP LLC are repossession assets and may be used or refurbished.
All vehicles and equipment are sold as-is, where-is, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Buyers are encouraged to request condition reports or conduct independent inspections before finalizing a purchase.
Full payment must be made within 5 business days from the date of invoice.

All funds are held in a third-party escrow bank account until the end of the 30-day inspection period (see Section 6).
Title and ownership transfer only after the Buyer confirms satisfaction or the inspection period expires without a return.
REPO EQUIP LLC covers all shipping costs, including both initial delivery to the Buyer and any return shipping (if applicable).
Delivery timelines may vary based on destination and type of item.
Risk of loss or damage during transit is covered by our shipping insurance.
Buyers are granted a 30-day inspection period, starting from the date of delivery.
During this time, the Buyer may test, inspect, and evaluate the item.
If the Buyer is not satisfied for any reason, the item may be returned for a full refund, provided:
Return shipping will be coordinated and paid for by REPO EQUIP LLC.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item, using the funds held in escrow.
REPO EQUIP LLC provides necessary ownership documentation (title, bill of sale, etc.) upon full payment and completion of the inspection period or buyer confirmation.
The Buyer is responsible for completing title transfer and registration in their jurisdiction.
All applicable sales taxes are included in the listed sales price. No additional taxes will be added to the invoice at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any additional local registration fees, import duties, or third-party processing costs in their home state or country.
REPO EQUIP LLC is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from use or failure of any item purchased.
Our maximum liability is limited to the actual purchase price of the item.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Each party shall bear its own legal costs unless the arbitrator rules otherwise.
REPO EQUIP LLC may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and apply to future transactions.
